Many people are drawn to Clarksburg, Maryland because of the new homes, new communities and new schools which come with all of the growth. You can get a newer, bigger home in Upper Montgomery County compared to pricey, down-county homes. Clarksburg Village is one of several new communities that has a great mix of condos, town houses and single family homes along with parks, paths and pool. There are a good number of re-sale homes and new construction.
